Position Overview We're looking for a dependable Commercial Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. The cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of the assigned facility. This role ensures the location reflects the brand’s luxury standards, creating an inviting and pristine atmosphere for clients and staff. The Cleaner must work with attention to detail, follow specialized cleaning protocols for premium surfaces and fixtures, and communicate effectively with the Lead Cleaner or store representative as needed. Coordinate with the team lead using mobile or web tools for assignments, updates, and quality checks. Adapt to changing schedules and ad‑hoc requests with ease. Report maintenance issues, restocking needs, or safety concerns promptly. The Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician will support work through a combination of sustaining activities and engineering projects, including new product development. Under supervision, the I&E Technician performs a variety of engineering work in planning, installing, monitoring, and maintaining control systems and machinery. Perform and document maintenance, calibration, installation, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair plant instrumentation i.e., transmitters, analyzers, control valves, switches, relays, etc. Inspect, repair, replace transformers, switches, control equipment, wiring, and electrical systems Work with a wide variety of instruments including, ultrasonic, guided wave radar, mass flow, pressure transducers, RTDs, etc. Understand piping and instrument diagrams, signal flow diagrams, wiring diagrams, panel drawings, one-line drawings, loop sheets, and wire lists Perform all duties in a manner consistent with environmental, health and safety policies Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems including low voltage 24VDC to 480VAC Work from instrument drawings and P&ID’s, identify end devices and components Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Five plus years of experience in instrumentation of equipment required Knowledge and experience in the design, installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment required Working knowledge of PLC, HMI and automated equipment & standard instrumentation types (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, pulse, MODBUS) required Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics and one-line diagrams required Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams of electrical technicians, mechanics, welders, operations personnel, engineers, and safety professionals required Journey man electrician certification is preferred Natural gas industry experience is preferred Hands-on experience with the following equipment required: Control/Automated Valves Pressure/Temperature Transmitters Mass/Mag Flowmeters RTD/Temperature Transmitters PH/ORP/Conductivity Sensors Variable Frequency Drives Work Environment - Conditions vary and include: Travel as needed.
