Key Responsibilities Clean spaces, floor surfaces, and fountains/sinks/kitchen/coffee mess areas to ensure they are clean and sanitary return furniture and other items moved during performance to its original position Collect and dispose of items placed adjacent to waste containers and marked "TRASH" or similar All waste collected shall be disposed of in the nearest outside trash collection point Employee will ensure they are clean and sanitary Low area cleaning includes all furniture, partitions, radiators, equipment, railings, grills, ledges, sills, walls, doors, glass in partitions and doors, light fixtures, miscellaneous hardware and bright metal work, chalk boards, erasers and trays, and framed pictures to a to a maximum height of 7'-0" above floor level ·Special cleaning services includes fountains, sinks and associated counters, and exteriors of food/beverage preparation, storage and vending appliances/machines and lunchroom furniture Move non-permanent rugs and other floor coverings prior to floor care services return furniture, rugs, floor coverings, and other items moved during services to its original position Floor care services shall be performed in a manner that minimizes interference with daily operations.
