Collaborate with pharmacy partners, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and developing scalable systems for smooth operations. Work closely with the operations team, CEO, and other leadership to implement and refine strategic initiatives. Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives, bringing an ownership mindset to every task. Requirements 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1+ year managing people, ideally at a telehealth or healthcare startup. Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
