The Development Intern gains exposure to renewable energy development and the roles and responsibilities of Project Managers. As a Development Intern, you will assist Project Managers in project development support roles. Perform independent case management and track critical deadlines. Support trial preparation as needed. Requirements: Education: Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience required. Experiences: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal; plaintiff-side experience is strongly preferred. Other: Strong drafting, e-filing (NJ), and case management skills. Familiarity with medical records, billing, and terminology. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and legal document management systems (FileVine or similar). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
