Kreco (formerly known as LLN) is a nationwide organization that specializes in PK-12 world language education. We support language learners of all kinds by connecting schools nationwide to teachers for Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, American Sign Language (ASL), and more. Our schools and students are our driving force, and as we seek to meet their needs, we are searching for language teachers of all sorts.   Currently, we have an on-site paraprofessional (full-time) opportunity available for the 2025-2026 school year. Compensation varies and depends on your teaching project, ranging from $400 to $1,000 weekly. Daytime availability is required. No night or weekend classes!   Kreyco ensures that all of our teachers have everything they need to be successful in their classrooms. This includes providing a comprehensive curriculum to our teachers, connecting them to supervisors and mentors in our network, and offering numerous professional development opportunities completely free of charge. Kreyco always has our teachers' backs!   Our team is constantly growing as more and more schools reach out, hoping to offer language instruction to their students. POSITION SUMMARY:The Composite Operator is an essential part of our production team, specializing in the fabrication and assembly of composite materials. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Prepare molds and materials for production processes. Utilize composite manufacturing techniques, including hand lay-up and resin infusion. Apply resin and fiberglass layers according to specified guidelines and schedules. Conduct quality checks on products, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality. Document production activities and any non-conformance issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Completion of grade 12 or equivalent. Experience in composite manufacturing or a related field is an asset. Ability to work with fiberglass, resins, and related materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs regularly. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. The customer service representative will be responsive to customer inquiries and maintain customer accounts according to specific guidelines and procedures. Effectively communicate with customers and explain the value proposition of our services. Respond to all customer inquiries via call and email. Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution. Update customer records by revising their account information after each correspondence with customer. Attract new customers by promoting our fiber and gas services. Recommend potential products and services to suit a customer’s needs. Clearly communicate your expectations regarding teamwork and collaboration. Make outbound marketing calls to inform customers about our fiber service. Maintain outbound call KPI’s that will be established by supervisor. Willingness to learn more roles and grow with Centric. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of related customer service experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish Familiar with a variety best practices, processes, and procedures relevant to customer service interaction. Proficiency in the use of a computer, and software applications including Microsoft Office. Preferred Requirements: Prefer experience in customer service. Experience with a CRM system.
