Requirements Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - Good Faith exams, medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records. Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.) Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care. The ideal candidate will bring a trauma-informed and culturally competent approach to working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Key Responsibilities Assess the counseling needs of clients using evidence-based tools such as the ASI or other validated assessments. Diagnose substance use and co-occurring disorders using DSM-5 criteria. Determine appropriate level of care using ASAM criteria. Obtain and review clinical records relevant to the current treatment episode. Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans with measurable goals. Deliver individual and group substance abuse counseling services in accordance with treatment plans. Conduct periodic reviews using ASAM to determine the need for continued services or discharge. Revise treatment plans as needed to reflect client progress and new challenges. Develop comprehensive discharge and transfer plans to ensure continuity of care. Coordinate with referral sources, including mental health professionals, criminal justice agencies, schools, and employers. Participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Provide clinical consultation and care coordination across departments. Document all assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and follow-up services in the clinical record with proper signatures and dates. Attend daily and weekly staffing meetings as scheduled. Recognize and respond appropriately to psychiatric crises, including suicidality and homicidality. Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and mandatory reporting requirements. Maintain a culturally sensitive and ethical approach to all client interactions. Address and respond to issues related to addiction, trauma, and dual diagnosis based on clinical expertise. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in chemical dependency and psychiatric settings preferred. Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a health-related field. Active licensure in the State of New Jersey preferred. Position Overview The Director of Operations plays a pivotal leadership role in maintaining and enhancing the daily functioning of the facility. This position is responsible for leading support services such as housing, transportation, housekeeping, and general facility management. The DOO ensures the smooth integration of operational processes, employee performance, and regulatory compliance while serving as the facility’s Safety Officer. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operational functions, including facilities, housing staff, transportation, culinary services, and maintenance. Supervise and support Housing Staff, including Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Chefs, Housekeeping, and Drivers. Collaborate with department directors to support cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and safety initiatives. Requirements   Education: High School Diploma or GED required; vocational or 4-year degree preferred. Additional training or education in healthcare administration, operations, or business is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare, residential, or operations-related setting. Experience managing support services in a regulated environment strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic systems (e.g., Paychex). Certifications: CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with safety regulations, infection control, and workplace policies (e.g., OSHA, Joint Commission). Effective written and verbal communication skills.
