Your job is to take ownership of event and field marketing in the Pittsburgh area—home shows, retail and partner pop-ups, community events, fairs, canvassing zones, and street teams—and produce a steady flow of qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a working manager role. You’ll be out in the field daily recruiting, training, staffing, and leading from the front while hitting aggressive lead goals. What you’ll do day-to-day Plan and run events: home shows, retail kiosks, fairs/festivals, local sponsorships, community days, and weekend pop-ups. Manage canvassing: build door-to-door and street teams, set territories, routes, and scripts, ride along for coaching, and track daily KPIs. What you bring 2–5+ years in event marketing, field marketing, canvassing management, retail/experiential marketing, or B2C lead generation. The Treasury Manager will oversee the day-to-day treasury functions and manage multiple bank accounts for various investment and corporate entities.
