Barista

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea beverages, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Part time and full time barista roles available Requirements - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, and tea beverages - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate coffee/espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment - Learn how to operate the Square register (prior experience with Square a +) - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner - Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of beverages - Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Ability to handle transactions accurately - Ability to facilitate and handle online orders - Familiarity with food safety practices in the food industry - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling payments - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Benefits Competitive pay + tips
