Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered. SciTec is seeking an Industrial Security Specialist for an agile, developing program executed from our Boulder, CO office. This role is responsible for providing security insight to program leadership, guidance to security team members regarding upcoming program events, and assisting in facility compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Provide general oversight of all assigned security requirements Review and maintain security documents and standard operating procedures Communicate security requirements to program leadership to enable successful program planning Assist with enforcement of personnel security controls for visitors and un-cleared personnel requiring entry to the facility Conduct periodic self-inspections and implement corrective actions Implement local media control policies and procedures Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Process and maintain accountability for classified documents and magnetic media Review and create Subcontractor DD254s Ensure the proper marking of all classified materials, adhering to handling and storage regulations Provide security briefings, training, and security education materials Liaison to government security representatives Coordinate with and support the local security team to maintain site compliance Other duties as assigned Requirements Active Secret DoD security clearance on start date with the ability to obtain a TS clearance 1 year of professional experience supporting a government contract in an industrial security role Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative, requiring minimal supervision Experience coordinating with and advising program managers, contracting, and program security officers on security requirements to ensure they are addressed, accurately captured, and DD254s are staffed and signed by applicable authorities Previous DoD Contractor experience Detail Oriented Good verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements:  Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and climb ladders  Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Preferred Requirements: 2+ years prior Industrial Security experience Knowledge of DoD 5200.01 V1-4, ICD 704, ICD 705, & 32 CFR Part 117 Experience in managing NISS, DISS, SC and similar systems *Resumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment. Description: 1. Perform electrical system design and performance analyses for facility and infrastructure projects across the Center. 2. Provide Low-Voltage and Medium-Voltage (e.g. 480V to 15 kV) design capability, providing specifications and designs utilizing the most recent versions of computer aided design software such as MicroStation® or AutoCAD®. 3.
