Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help clients with mobility and physical activities to promote their independence. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their daily lives. Administer medications and maintain proper documentation as required. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. Requirements Current certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work various shifts. Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.
