The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide sufficiently to figure normal calculations d. The ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, specifications, and contracts e. The ability to foresee events and anticipate changes in conditions and operations to the greatest extent possible and react to these appropriately f. Maintain valid CA driver’s License g. Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Project, Excel, Outlook, and Word h. The ability to multi-task effectively and manage stress load appropriately i. Maintain an organized works space, shop, and communication system with your field team and company personnel. j. Experience with complex and high-end residential projects Authority: a. Develops the scope of work narrative and associated work diagrams, conducts site visits, initiates appropriate contracts, and monitors the work. Supports and assists Project Managers on Major Capital Improvement Projects above $750,000. Responsible for the oversight and administration of capital improvement projects of various sizes and complexity up to $35,000. Verifies contract and cost controls compliance. Responsible for the implementation, coordination, and management of all project document exchanges, and administers and implements program management system software.
