Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Industrial Electrician (Level III) Overview: A leading manufacturer with a significant U.S. market share is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician for their day shift. This role is based at a modern plant in southwest suburban Atlanta and focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment. The ideal candidate is a multi-craft technician with strong electrical expertise, particularly with PLCs and high-voltage systems, and a solid foundation in mechanical systems like hydraulics and pneumatics. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems up to 480V AC and 12-24V DC. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, and electric motors using schematics and a computer. Read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and blueprints. Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and components. Perform fabrication and installation tasks using welding (Arc, MIG) and metal cutting (plasma, oxy-fuel) equipment. Complete plumbing tasks, including interpreting isometric drawings, sizing pumps, and installing systems with various connection types. Maintain all equipment and site property in a safe and efficient manner. Adhere to all safety protocols and codes. Requirements: Education: Preferred: State of Georgia Commercial Electrician Certification. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of industrial maintenance experience. Proven experience as a multi-craft maintenance technician. Extensive experience troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, HMIs, and PLCs. Hands-on experience with 12-24V DC and up to 480V AC systems. Demonstrated ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Other: Strong mechanical aptitude and welding skills are required. Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Competitive wage, paid overtime at time-and-a-half.
