Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Senior Project Engineer Overview: We are seeking a hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer to support Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution. Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence. Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+. Utilize AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track and organized. Bring exceptional follow-through to every aspect of project work. Requirements: Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Experiences: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer. Experience in industrial construction is a significant plus. Proven ability to read and interpret civil drawings. Proven proficiency with AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook. Other: Must be a proactive, Type A personality—driven and organized. Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations with minimal supervision. Possess a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
