(Job TE- 1170) Coordinator / Multi Craft Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Coordinator / Multi-Craft Technician Overview: A leading, established manufacturer with a dominant market share and an excellent working culture is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on 2nd shift. This role is critical due to an upcoming retirement and has a strong focus on hydraulics, pneumatics, and valve systems within a die-cast production environment. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on technician and a coordinator for the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, service, and troubleshoot production equipment and site property. Perform adjustments, mechanical repairs, and electrical repairs in a safe and efficient manner. Troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves. Coordinate the work and activities of other maintenance technicians on the shift. Diagnose issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical logic systems. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of related multi-craft maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training. Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic and pneumatic valves. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical systems. Prior experience coordinating the work of others or leading a maintenance team is required. Other: Must be proficient in the repair of industrial equipment, fixtures, and systems. Strong focus on safety protocols and procedures. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Attractive hourly rate. Overtime paid at time-and-a-half.
