Full lifecycle proposal ownership—drive the Shipley style process from RFP analysis and kickoff through compliant, on time submission across 7–10 concurrent pursuits. Experience with multiple contracting vehicles and portals - must have hands o experience working with multiple contracting vehicles including GSA MAS, SeaPort NxG, eFAST, OASIS+, STARS III, sam.gov and others. Exceptional writing ability—clear, concise, persuasive prose that captures Essnova’s offerings. AI & LLM fluency—working knowledge of generative AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI driven proposal tools. About the Role: We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on finding and qualifying new sales opportunities.
