2008 Mazda Miata MX-5 Grand Touring Convertible w/Hard Top Roof - $5,295 (Galena)

Have some summer FUN in this beautiful metallic dark blue 2008 Mazda Miata MX-5 Grand Touring convertible w/hard top roof and premium option package. It's got a few miles on it, but it starts and runs great! 6-speed automatic transmission with stick and steering wheel paddle shifter manual mode, 158HP, 140lb-ft of torque. The vast majority of the miles on the car have been easy freeway and rural highway driving. I drive a pickup in the winter, so this car has never been exposed to road salt. The car has no rust. The engine is a spunky and tough little bugger that gets about 28MPG on the freeway. It has no leaks. An amazingly well engineered design. No major accidents and no frame work. Only three relatively minor incidents: It experienced hail damage once, there was a low speed fender bender with an edge of road reflector, and a deer hurled itself at the car several years ago. All repair work was done by Kustom Kreations in Carson City. Unlike newer versions of this car, when the top goes down, it doesn't occupy any trunk space (see pic). Other highlights: Heated leather seats, air conditioning, and power everything. General Altimax RT43 all season tires with lots of tread life still in them. Bose 7 speaker audio system with 6 CD changer. New windshield. Xenon HID headlights. No cracks in the dash. New Interstate battery installed 10/22. Comes with Budge car cover. Clean title (titled in California). Although it's been a wonderful vehicle, the car isn't without a few small issues. It's missing the plastic shield just behind the front bumper (see pic). There's an issue with the CD player - it won't accept discs, even though the changer mechanism moves around inside. Fixing it may be as simple as installing a new drive belt. The wheels have minor curb rash. See pic for representative damage. The glovebox door is scratched up from carrying nursing supplies. The car was just washed, detailed, and waxed, so some of what you see in the body pics are just reflections of driveway concrete or the photographer.
