This car was in a wreck yesterday. Low speed front end collision. It will be sold for parts, $1,000 or best offer. I had the car previously listed for sale for $4800. The original post is below. I let my 18 year old son use it for a while and he wrecked it yesterday. We don't want to fix the car. It drove home from the wreck but needs a new bumper at least. The car has not been checked out by a mechanic because we only had liability insurance and planning to sell it anyway. Original Post for sale: 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic. Heated leather seats. Sunroof. CD player. New tires, front suspension, front brakes and rotors. We did $10k of work on the car, which I will list below. I ended up buying a vehicle that could tow a trailer and my kayaks about 6 months ago and the Mercedes has just been sitting around. I'm not inclined to spend any more money on this car and we have too many cars anyway. Car runs and drives, passed inspection and is legal. Passed emissions test on 8/9/2024. The car has two trouble codes that don't seem to affect driving the car, P0016 and P0017. I checked the cam sensor sight pictures and they seem to be lined up. This issue will eventually have to be addressed by whoever buys the car. New headlights 4 new tires Replaced both front axles, ball joints, sway bar links, wishbones and hub assemblies.
