After the first 3 jobs, the candidates will be given a schedule of work for the immediate future and remainder of the season. Staff is expected to be available on Saturdays. Particularly in the Spring and Fall. Throughout the year we understand if there are a few weekends you need off for important events, such as weddings, family vacation, ect. With proper notice that’s no problem. But we want to make clear this is a weekend job and want people who want to work consistently on the weekends. New staff would be required to complete an online company training seminar before working the event. The company provides an extra $25 in the first paycheck as compensation for the training. No experience in the Environmental field is necessary. Best asset for candidates is a strong work ethic. The company values and rewards hard work.
