The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing country clubs or similar hospitality venues, showcasing exceptional leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences. This role involves overseeing all aspects of club operations, ensuring member satisfaction, and driving the financial success of the club.
