Utilize demand planning software and advanced modeling techniques to generate accurate, business-driving forecasts, supplementing with best-in-class GSheets tools and analytics. Analyze sales trends, promotion calendars, new launches, customer inventory portals, and key forecast drivers to produce actionable demand forecasts at the SKU/category/channel/customer level. Build and lead processes and systems to continuously improve forecast accuracy, drive visibility into variances, highlight root causes, and proactively identify forward actions for improvement. Partner deeply with Growth, Retail and Commercial teams to translate topline sales plans into nuanced demand forecasts aligned with business needs and inventory constraints.  Conduct and facilitate scenario planning to account for market shifts, promotional plans, launches, and unpredictable demand drivers. Play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, owning forecast content, preparing and socializing materials for leadership and key stakeholders. Establish and maintain demand planning KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to create accountability, transparency, and alignment across teams. Serve as the internal demand planning subject matter expert—educate commercial, supply chain, and finance partners about best practices and process improvements. Support the ongoing development of our demand planning tech stack and processes as we scale. Requirements 5+ years experience in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP at a high-growth CPG, food/beverage, or fast-moving consumer brand, ideally with omni-channel exposure (DTC + retail) Significant hands-on experience implementing and using demand planning software, advanced Excel/GSheets analysis, and building new forecasting models/processes A proven ability to synthesize data, spot trends, conduct root-cause analyses, and develop actionable solutions that drive improved outcomes Experience collaborating cross-functionally—especially with Sales/Growth, Commercial/Retail, Operations, and Finance partners Outstanding project management and process-building skills; able to create structure from ambiguity, prioritize, and deliver results Strong business acumen and comfort working in a high-growth, changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence leadership and drive consensus Experience with S&OP process ownership and KPI measurement Obsession with continuous improvement and a love of all things food, wellness, and entrepreneurship Benefits Competitive salary & equity Bonus eligibility 100% covered Health, Vision, Dental insurance 401(k) Generous parental leave Flexible vacation Catered lunch in office Dog friendly office  Unlimited cereal ✨🥣 What we value: Hold on to the Dream 💫 Adult life shouldn’t be boring, prioritize your work/life balance, we can build a world-class company and have fun doing it Don’t miss the bowl for the loops 🙌 We’re all working towards the same big goals, prioritize collaboration over ego, politics, or possessiveness Be a Fruit Loop in a world of Cheerios 🌈 Bring your whole, unique self to work, celebrate and care for everyone Pour your own milk…and don’t be afraid to spill a little 🥛 We trust you, use your best judgment to make decisions.
