Litigation is sometimes unavoidable and often quite complex. When the need for litigation arises, our clients want an experienced attorney at their side. Our litigation team includes a niche focus on trusts and estates litigation, while also handling general, business, employment, real estate, construction, and bankruptcy litigation, as well as various other matters. Requirements
Dedication to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial, and engaging environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft, negotiate, and interpret a variety of documents; effectively build relationships with investigators, expert witnesses, opposing counsel; and convey complex concepts in a concise and understandable manner.
Enthusiastic attitude with demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results.
Ability to work independently and under tight timelines, and to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.
A professional courtroom presence and desire to try cases.
A proven track record of winning, including serving as first chair on jury trials, in a broad spectrum of legal matters.
Ability to organize and assemble information gathered during discovery for thoughtful presentation at trial.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and Florida Bar Admission or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar exam in the near future is required.
