Responsibilities: As the Legal Operations Manager/Director of Operations, you will: Supervise Workflow: Oversee the workflow of legal and non-legal team members, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery. Department Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and firm goals. Efficiency Enhancement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline legal operations, identifying and implementing technology solutions for improved efficiency. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Human Resources: Manage HR activities, from recruitment, onboarding, training to performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment, and developing close relationships with clients and internal teams. Strategic Growth: Work directly with the CEO on strategic growth planning, presenting solutions, managing initiatives, and ensuring the firm hits desired profit margins. Qualifications: Proven experience in legal operations management or related field Experience in growing and scaling plaintiff's personal injury firms or contingency fee based business models Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and human resources. Ability to implement efficient processes and identify technology solutions. This role is critical to ensuring consistency, accountability, and efficiency across a high-volume litigation team, helping translate legal goals into reliable operational outcomes.
