Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Admin for our Chicago office. This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office. Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume. What You'll Do: Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks. Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred). Prior law firm experience-preferred Basic knowledge of civil litigation Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assisting with the electronic discovery process, including the collection, preservation, and review of materials for eventual production; tracking incoming and outgoing productions; and assisting with the preparation of privilege logs. Filing and retrieving documents at courthouses and government agencies and preparing files for and executing electronic Court filings.  Assisting with coordinating and supervising teams of contract attorneys on document review projects.  Requirements Four-year college degree strongly preferred. Excellent academic record.  5+ years of Product Liability Paralegal experience  Flexibility to work overtime as necessary, including nights, weekends, and travel, as necessary.
