What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator with a passion for crafting high-quality, presentable ornamental ironwork, primarily gates of all types. If you’re detail-oriented, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want to work in a welding shop in a rural setting at a slow but high quality pace then we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Fabricate custom gates. This includes reading and interpreting project drawings, cutting, cleaning, welding and grinding the ironwork we do to meet our customer expectations to deliver precise, high-quality results. A higher pay level would include, occasionally helping with installation at sites and do repair work as needed. No layoffs , no overtime
