Warehouse - Fabrication - Training Provided (Neptune)

Seeking candidates to work long-term for a fast-growing and very successful commercial solar company fabricating solar inverter racks at their warehouse in Neptune NJ Key Responsibilities Material Preparation & Fabrication in warehouse environment Accurately measure and cut kindorf/strut channel to specified lengths using appropriate tools. File cut edges to remove burrs and ensure safe, smooth finishes. Apply cold galvanizing compound to cut and filed areas to protect against corrosion. Assembly & Installation Support Assemble structural components using strut brackets, nuts, washers, and other hardware. Ensure assemblies meet project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Prepare pre-assembled units for delivery to the job site. Work closely with field teams to ensure assemblies integrate seamlessly with on-site construction needs. Quality & Safety Inspect finished components for accuracy, alignment, and durability. Maintain a safe, organized workspace in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards. Report material usage and inventory needs to supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and material handling. Familiarity with strut channel (Kindorf, Unistrut, or equivalent) systems preferred. Ability to read and interpret simple drawings or assembly diagrams. Strong attention to detail, with commitment to accuracy and safety. Physical ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
