The use of Marijuana remains a drug listed in Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act, and the use of marijuana (medical or recreational) is prohibited. • High School Diploma or GED & at least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license • Must possess a valid passport or an enhanced driver's license to facilitate occasional travel across the Canadian border for work-related assignments.
