ShareWe are currently seeking a part-time Custodian for an office building in Aina Haina (Honolulu, HI 96821). This role requires good communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar fields is a plus, we are open to providing training. Candidates should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, which involves walking, standing for long periods, and pushing carts. Part-Time Benefits Include: Healthcare plan Competitive pay 401(k) plan Vacation pay Holiday pay Flexible spending options Wisley or Direct deposit Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the facility Communicate effectively and comprehend English Interact with customers, vendors, and management Clean and maintain various areas: sweeping, mopping, cleaning glass doors and mirrors, maintaining restrooms, and using a buffer machine in designated areas: office spaces, parking lot, and hallway/walk path.
