We are a very busy, high production auto body shop looking for a candidate willing to learn and work in a team atmosphere! This is a home not a pit stop. We have a modern facility 5 frame machines and all the equipment necessary to perform quality repairs. The right tech will be self motivated with an eye for detail and a strong desire to succeed in this field. Applicants must also have their own tools, Sheet Metal Repair, Welding. No painting needed. Auto body industry experience Min 1-3 years I-Car Certification a plus but not required. Pay is based off of production hours sold. Pay can be hourly or flat rate, benefits to include health insurance,FSA plan,401k,paid vacations,PTO time. ( hours sold ) During the interview ask about our extra bonus our average RO labor hours are greater than the national average.
