Apply For This Job Field Supervisor Are you a proactive and organized landscape professional who can lead crews, manage job progress, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites? We’re looking for a Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations — including enhancements projects and irrigation systems — while supporting crew leaders and driving team performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee crew leaders and their teams to ensure scheduled work is completed on time. • Collaborate with the Production Manager on job startups, turnovers, and overall progress. • Assign tasks to crew leaders based on site assessments. • Manage time tracking for crews using the Aspire mobile app. • Review daily field reports for accuracy and completeness. • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and incidents are reported immediately. • Support training in proper equipment use and safe practices. • Monitor equipment use and maintenance; make improvement recommendations. • Ensure paperwork and vendor delivery tickets are submitted daily. • Identify add-on sales opportunities and communicate them to the Production Manager. • Help resolve issues and ensure tasks are completed to company standards. • Assist with performance reviews and conflict resolution with crew members. • Oversee enhancements projects, ensuring high-quality execution, proper plant placement, and alignment with client expectations. • Manage irrigation systems, including troubleshooting, scheduling, repairs, and seasonal adjustments to maximize water efficiency. Qualifications: • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Knowledge of landscape maintenance operations. • Proficient with Aspire. • Experience with equipment operation, maintenance, and irrigation systems. • Ability to train and manage team members effectively. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license and insurable on company policy. • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
