Description

Bold Builds Construction is based in San Diego. We are currently looking to grow our construction team and fill open positions for Skilled Labor. Applicants must be proficient in plumbing, cabinetry, electrical work, drywall installation, texturing, painting, and framing. Minimum Requirements: · Construction background, with a minimum experience of 5 years working in the California building industry · Specialized skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, waterproofing, etc. · Ability to operate hand and power tools of all types · Ability to navigate and understand construction drawings · Knowledgeable of safety codes and OSHA requirements · Reliable transportation to drive to different jobsite locations · Must have all standard trade tools to perform work Expectations: · Professional and personable demeanor capable of maintaining constructive relationships · Effective communication with an ability to listen with management, consultants, subcontractors, in-house architecture team and clients · Capacity to ask questions, take directions, request guidance and be able to trouble shoot issues before the arise · Must be successful working in team environments · Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment where a variety of tasks may be asked of you in any day · Strong organizational skills on the jobsite · Ability to follow through with tasks, to communicate project specifics and to update management · Manage time effectively by prioritizing and projecting for the future · Self-starter and motived to work hard · Take responsibility for the outcome of your assignments Tasks: • Travel to different jobsites to perform skilled construction tasks • Ensure the work is fully executed and complies with the scope of work • Develop solutions and construction details to address the unique problems of each project • Follow safe operations of tools, equipment and materials, while maintaining a safe and clean jobsite. • Increase efficiency and resources Pay range $30-$40.
