We are a regional property preservation company looking for property preservation contractors who service the Greater Amarillo Area. Equipment Needed: -Smartphone -Truck or Van -Trailer -Lawn Equipment -Air Compressor -Hand tools and power tools Requirements: - Understand property preservation guidelines. (We can teach you... mainly taking photos of work and bidding well.) - Have the required equipment to perform requested work orders such as initial cleaning services, lawn cuts, winterization, lock changes, boarding, bidding, securing the property, debris removal, minor painting, roof tapping / patching, etc. - Ability to use a phone app for documenting work and taking photos. - Every job requires before, during, and after photos taken with an app called "PPW Mobile". - Property preservation work requires the ability to complete all listed services within the required deadlines. - Agreement with our company values.
