Shore Management, a property management company in central San Diego is looking for a reliable, honest and detail-oriented individual with janitorial, property cleaning and general porter experience. $20 per hour. 32-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday W2 employee with health benefits and paid time off. Company vehicle provided. The ideal applicant will be able to observe and resolve property issues in a timely manner, manage their time and perform tasks to keep properties looking clean, presentable and organized. Responsibilities will include: * Perform general janitorial tasks including but not limited to trash removal, spot mopping, vacuuming, cobweb removal, restroom cleaning. * Cleaning company offices on a weekly basis. * Cleaning property common areas and laundry rooms. * Operate power tools. * Operate power washing equipment. * Assist with debris removal for large clean-ups. * Remove graffiti, stickers and gum as needed. * Assist with move-out/deep-cleanings at vacant apartments or homes, including vacation rentals and commercial properties. * May require moving furniture, may include the assembly and breakdown. * May perform general demolition duties.
