We are looking for skilled individuals that are looking for a change of pace, great pay without the long days and hard weeks! We are a renovation company that offers a lot of different services. We need people that can do any and every aspect of home services, stucco, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting these are some of the skills we are looking for. We do residential and commercial, and we do travel on occasions, seldom do we stay overnight but there will be a notice for the project before departure. (We promote from within) We offer: *Vacation Pay *Sick Days *401k *Bonuses We require: *Resume/Referrals *Drivers License/ Identification *Transportation to job site or meet at location for pick up *Work Attire *Tools Starting pay: *General Labor $18.00 hourly *Skilled Labor $22.00 hourly *Team Leader $25.00 hourly Bonus: *Drivers License $1.00 hourly *Own Transportation $2.00 hourly *Team Leader $5.00 hourly *Finishing Projects complete before deadline (Managers Discretion) Clock doesn’t start until boots hit the ground at job site, and when team leader arrives at the job site. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR HOURS and signed off by supervisor. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m 1 hour lunch daily mandatory Weekends are only if we are not on pace for completing project. If you do not have tools, you will supply you a tool belt with some tools to start and it will be held from your first check! Tool belt, hammer, screw drivers and measuring tape.
