We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete projects and skilled in all aspects of concrete flatwork, foundations, curb & gutter, etc. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Duties • Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring by using hand tools and other equipment. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. • Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques using rake, shovel, hand or power troweling, power screed, floats, • Install forms, rebar, and other material for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability. • Apply caulking and sealant as needed to protect finished surfaces. • Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, etc. • Free hand ramp, curb & gutter. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Requirements • Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!! And provide verifiable work history. • Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English. General light construction demolition/sanding work. Can also hire up to a skilled handyman especially in painting and single family construction. Experienced in welding, fabricating, rebuilding of new and used trailers and shipping containers.. A separate person normally does the painting after finishing.
