Short term help for Fall gardening. Need a car and valid drivers license. Need to be able to lift 50lbs.

I'm looking for a person, preferably a woman, who can assist my mom who is in her 80s with things around her house and cleaning. Ideally, the person's schedule is flexible but could come to my mom's one bedroom house around 8 hours per month to assist her. We would pay $20.00 per hour. Must be able to pass a background check, be flexible with duties and be a patient person.

Looking to hire helper for metal/welding shop. Duties include keeping shop clean and organized, light grinding and sanding, help with installations of metal railings. Welding experience is not necessary but would be helpful.
