Full-Time Apartment Painter/Maintenance (South Salem)

Independent auto dealership requires capable, reliable, self starter, lot person with clean Florida driver's license and reliable transportation. Wash cars, clean office and other tasks including lot / yard maintenance and other assigned duties. Work week between 40-50 hours, 6 days a week, $14hr / $21hr OT. Must be Pinellas County resident.

Deliver tile to job sites, hand unload into the job site, clean job sites. sometimes work with the installers to install tile. The pay scale is on what you know, and common sense is a big factor.
