As we move toward the end of summer weather and into fall we are looking to add a Marine Travel Lift Operator to our growing team. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment—including travel lifts, forklifts, and related machinery—to move, store, and launch boats within the boat yard. Your skills and attention to detail will play a key role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: -Operate travel lifts, forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently to move boats and equipment. -Safely hauls, launches, and stores boats of various sizes, potentially including yachts up to 80 feet or 70 tons. -Load and unload materials from trucks or containers as needed. -Perform routine inspections and maintenance on travel lifts and other equipment. -Assist with inventory management by tracking boat locations within the facility. -Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. -May be required to assist with minor boat maintenance and repairs, as well as general yard upkeep. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
