Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supervising radiology support staff, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a Certified and Registered Radiologic Technologist (CRT, ARRT) with a passion for leading teams and developing talent.   Key Responsibilities   Supervise Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of front office staff, tech assistants, and various imaging modalities. Team Leadership and Development: Act as a role model, delegating responsibilities, training new employees, and conducting thorough performance evaluations. Staffing and Workflow: Maintain optimal staffing levels and streamline workflow to improve performance and meet departmental goals. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all imaging services adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements set by The Joint Commission, CMS, and the California Department of Public Health.
