We consider everyone who works at 603 Storage to be part of a team, and we value your input and celebrate your successes. Wondering what the job is? It is a basic maintenance position. You will be responsible for keeping our many locations clean, safe, and ready for our customers. We provide you with a company vehicle and the right tools for the job. We offer extensive training so there is no need for prior experience in the self-storage field. However, the more experience you have with maintenance and especially snow removal, the better! We just ask that you value our customers like we do, with an upbeat personality and basically, just give a damn. We are looking for someone that cannot only show up to work on time but will give 100% the whole time they are working. If you are motivated, organized, detail-oriented, positive, honest, have a desire to actually work and have a sense of humor, then please apply. Remember, the more experience you have in a maintenance field and if you have snow removal experience (plowing and especially if you can operate a Bobcat), the more we can pay you! Range is $20-$30/hour. We can also be flexible with your schedule! Do you like working 5, 8-hour days or would you rather work 4, 10-hour days? Are you an early riser who likes to start your day when the rooster crows or are you more of a person that cannot function until after 9 am? But sometimes, flexibility goes both ways – if there is an emergency or a snow event, we may ask you to work on a different day or change your hours during that event (unfortunately, Mother Nature is not always on our schedule!)
