M&G Trailer Sales, Service & Rental is Minnesota's top selling trailer retailer! We are seeking candidates to fill our Parts and Service Associate position immediately. M&G trailer is a fast paced, positive, friendly environment to work with the largest inventory of open and enclosed trailers in the state. This is Full Time position 40+ hours/week Monday – Saturday with 1 day off each week. Closed Sunday. Starting wage is $20 - $22 per hour depending on experience with monthly bonuses. Average annual earnings $85,000 - $100,000 We offer a full benefits package which includes ~ Health & Dental Insurance, vacation time, paid holidays, 401k with company match, uniforms and daily catered lunches. Responsibilities include but not limited to - Create PO’s and ordering parts as needed - Receiving PO’s and stocking shelves - Assist customers with parts, service, and rentals - Maintain proper inventory levels - Maintain correct costs & parts in LightSpeed - Create vendor returns as needed - Assist with warranty - Maintain clean parts area - Create service estimates - repair orders - Assist service technicians with repair order parts - Monthly & Yearly inventory Requirements - Valid Driver's License - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to multi-task - Attention to detail - Work independently as well as within a team - Ability to lift 25lbs - Basic computer skills Preferences - Forklift/skid steer experience a plus - Retail or Inventory control strongly preferred - Mechanically inclined Ideal candidate is a friendly self-starter, able to work independently with little supervision, very detail oriented.
