Job available: Bakery Dough Mixer Location: Gardena, CA Salary: $18 per hour Employment type: Full-time / Monday to Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm Responsibilities: Prepare and mix ingredients according to specific bakery recipes. Operate dough mixing machines safely and efficiently. Check dough consistency and quality. Keep the work area clean and organized. Strictly follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Collaborate with the production team to meet delivery schedules. Regularly lift bags of flour and other ingredients (up to 50 lbs). Requirements: Previous experience working in a bakery or food preparation (preferred). Ability to stand for long shifts. Ability to follow instructions and recipes exactly.
