Commercial maintenance company seeking qualified candidates for our night parking lot cleaning operation. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be available any night of the week. Having a clean driving record is a MUST. MUST have physical ability to walk with a backpack blower. Responsibilities of a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver: • Driver will drive sweeper truck to a job. Use a blower to blow out trash. Sweep up trash with truck. • Perform basic pre-trip inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc. • Drive the truck from job to job. • Sweeping on job site includes: sweeping parking lot, empty garbage cans and doing necessary hand work with blower, push broom and shovel. • Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices. We currently are seeking full time, part time, or on-call shifts. Available on weekends. Must be available nights and weekends. Five paid holidays. Accrued vacation pay. Required Qualifications 1 - 5 years experience performing a variety of advanced semi-skilled irrigation duties including installing, repairing, and maintaining manual and automatic irrigation systems and related equipment. Special Conditions of Employment Spends prolonged periods of time digging by hand to expose irrigation pipes, valves and wiring. Spends prolonged periods of time squatting in excavated holes repairing pipes, valves and wiring. This entails working in awkward positions, kneeling for long periods of time, working in wet conditions, and forcefully gripping a range of hand and power tools. Spends long periods of time seated on mowers and other equipment, with exposure to heat, cold, and other weather changes. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of landscapes for commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas (mowing, edging, blowing, raking). Prune shrubs and trees. Weed and mulch planting beds. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.). Follow daily schedules and job orders as assigned. Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus. Knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape tools/equipment. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
