Duties may include pulling materials, delivering parts/materials, organizing, keeping inventory, assisting in repairs, HVAC installation, In addition, duties will include pulling jobs, materials, making products, counting, organizing, cleaning, etc. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the essential HVAC Trade! Applicants should be a team player, a good communicator and have a good drivers license. Candidates must be in good health and able to lift at least 35 pounds. Very busy exterior building restoration company seeking labor on multiple projects in the bay area. Looking for laborers, skilled trade and foreman for immediate positions. Most of our projects are on condos and you will be riding in a swing stage or a boom lift for access to the work areas. We do concrete repairs (not flat work) stucco, waterproofing, caulking, painting, framing and exterior repairs to the buildings. We offer very competitive wages and the benefits that are below.
