About the Role Our work spans both commercial and residential glass projects, including aluminum storefront systems, windows, doors, and glass replacements. A successful Glass Technician is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to support the team every day. Key Responsibilities - Take precise measurements in the field (accuracy is critical to project success). - Assist with cutting, assembling, and installing aluminum frames. - Install and replace glass windows, doors, and storefront systems. - Handle and transport glass safely and maintain a clean jobsite. - Support senior technicians and follow project instructions closely. - Arrive on time, ready to work each scheduled day and communicate proactively with the team if any issue arises. Qualifications - No experience required—we will train the right person. - Reliability and consistent attendance are essential. - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. - Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (often 50+ lbs). - Comfortable using hand and power tools. - Valid driver’s license preferred.
