Prior experience and references are required for this position. *Masonry Crew Leader Applicants must be organized and motivated, as much of their responsibilities will involve managing and organizing activities in the assigned work area. Must be able to read and interpret plans, operate machinery, and hold a valid driver's license. Prior experience and references are required for this position. *Grading Crew Leader Applicants must be organized and motivated, as much of their responsibilities will involve managing and organizing activities in the assigned work area. Prior experience and references are required for this position. *Laborers Applicants must generally work at a fast pace. Physical stamina is recommended, especially during summer heat. Must have a clean driving record, know how to operate machinery, and be able to perform physical labor. *Sweeper Operator This is a part-time night position. Must have a valid Arizona-issued license. CDL license is not required.
