Flooring Installer or Helper Needed (Indianapolis)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer or Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring types, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet installation but is not required. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. As a helper you will be expected to follow the leads as they navigate the completion of each project. ​ Duties: Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately. Install various types of flooring including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Requirements: Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields is a plus but not required. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools necessary for flooring work. High work ethic of showing up on time and ready to work. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
