PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IF INTERESTED About Us We are a leading fire protection services company serving the NYC area, specializing in the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. Entry level inspectors are also recommended to apply- Training will be provided. Position Summary The Sprinkler Inspector will be responsible for performing required NFPA 25 inspections, testing, and maintenance on sprinkler systems across various residential, commercial, and industrial properties in compliance with FDNY and NYC Building Codes. Responsibilities Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections of fire sprinkler systems. Conduct main drain, valve, and flow tests, ensuring proper system functionality. Document and report deficiencies, repairs needed, and compliance issues. Communicate any deficiencies with the office Ensure compliance with NFPA 25, NYC Fire Code, and company standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition. Requirements Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications FDNY S-12 & S-13 Certificate of Fitness Strong knowledge of NFPA 25 and NYC Fire and Building Codes. Job Type: Full-time
