The Parts & Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts inventory, procurement, and equipment fleet maintenance operations to ensure efficient equipment performance and minimal downtime. This role manages maintenance schedules, supervises mechanic shop staff, and ensures the availability of necessary parts and supplies. The manager also works closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to optimize costs, improve processes, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds. Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift. Requirements Background Check and Drug screening required. Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record. Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc. Cannot be afraid of heights. Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company goals. Able to lift-up to 75Ibs. Candidate should be able read and understand basic safety instructions.
