Entry Level Service Technician (concord / pleasant hill / martinez)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Superintendent to manage two mid‑sized residential buildings located in  the East Village. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role requiring strong maintenance skills, excellent communication, and  the ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a  safe, clean, and pleasant living environment for all residents. Must be able to manage daily tasks independently,  coordinate with contractors, and respond to after‑hours issues when necessary. We are looking to fill this position  promptly. Key Responsibilities: Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas (lobby, hallways, stairwells, etc.) Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems  Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergency situations  Coordinate and oversee outside contractors for larger repair projects  Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and supply inventory Enforce building rules and policies to ensure resident safety and satisfaction Qualifications: Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience required  Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair  Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management platforms is required Strong  communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with tenants and vendors  Ability to respond to building emergencies as needed; 24/7 availability preferred  Valid driver’s license required  Certifications in plumbing or HVAC are a plus Location: East Village, New York, NY

St Joe County Recycling has a fleet of Leaf Vacs, AutoVacs and other heavy equipment and vehicles. This opportunity is for a single person who will work with current Shop Manager to learn the maintenance and repair routines for the fleet. Requirements - Smart Phone for Platform use/Timekeeping, etc. - Own Dependable Transportation - Valid Driver's License with ability and desire to obtain CDL with no at fault accidents within 5 years. PORTER (CUSTODIAL) SUMMARY The Porter maintains cleanliness and presentability of a three-level wedding and private event venue and works alongside the Event Sales Team to identify and execute facility maintenance and improvements. Porter prioritizes sanitation, safety and appeal to customers through enhancement projects and day-to-day tasks. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • General Housekeeping to prepare venue for guests. A focused cleaning routine/procedure should be followed to meet facility standards and deadlines • Basic Maintenance including small repairs, installation of furnishings, painting, etc. • Communicate Effectively and Professionally by providing timely updates on ongoing projects and reporting facility needs • Report to Facilities Supervisor, completing all assigned tasks and projects while adhering to guidelines & deadlines. • Inspect facility proactively for safety hazards, housekeeping needs, etc. QUALIFICATIONS • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience • Team player AND the ability to work independently • Dependable, punctual, and regular in attendance, has reliable transportation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintains professional relations with guests, winery vendors and departments • Hospitality experience a plus • Ability to take direction and work well with others • Able to stand for extended periods of time (4-6 hours per shift) and lift tables, chairs, cases of wine, etc. • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays • Employee must use precautions and follow safety guidelines • Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds

Full time vinyl sign, banner, vehicle graphics installer. Job includes indoor, and outdoor sign installation, plus digital print vinyl installation on sign substrates, trade show displays, walls, and vehicles. Outdoor signs are mainly wood framed, such as site signs, commercial realty signs, simple lighted sign face updates, etc. Experience in this type of sign industry is a Big Plus but not required. You must be able to use simple power hand tools, accurately read a measuring tape, climb ladders, and have a valid drivers license. Must come in to fill out application.
