Construction Crew Member – Full-Time Location: Tampa Bay Area (mostly Pinellas and Pasco) We are a growing, reputable construction and remodeling company serving the Tampa Bay Area, and we’re looking to expand our in-house team with hardworking, reliable crew members. Work Includes: *Installing artificial turf *Installing vinyl seawall panels *Installing helical piers *Framing docks and decks *General construction labor Do you have experience with any of those skills? Requirements: Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Willingness to learn — training provided for specialty work Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Physically capable of digging, lifting/pulling, bending, and operating power tools Valid Florida Driver’s License required Clean driving record (may operate company vehicles) Must speak English fluently (Spanish is a plus) Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and team-first mindset Reliable transportation (rides available for Clearwater-based workers; others may need to drive directly to job sites) Compensation & Schedule: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and performance) Full-time or Part-time positions available Monday – Friday (No weekends) Additional Notes: Pre-employment verification includes: E-Verify Driver’s License Record Check Background Check How to Apply: Press reply and Email your resume (bonus points if you include pictures of past work — show us what you’re proud of!)
